A quietly situated villa in Le Rayol-Canadel, with sea views and a heated pool,
with 3 bedrooms (sleeps 5-6). An additional apartment (Volets Bleus) with 2 bedrooms (sleeps 2-4) can also be rented on request (8 persons in total maximum; family lettings only, no groups).

This villa is situated on a sunny hillside overlooking the bay of Le Lavandou and Pramousquier with views over Cap nègre, Cap Bénat, Ile de Bagaud and a part of Ile de Porquerolles. From the pool and the house you can enjoy the beautiful views over green and rocky hillsides, covered with protected cork-oak trees.
The beach is only 5 minutes away. Le Rayol-Canadel has 4 quiet sandy beaches with sufficient parking places, bars, restaurants....and crystal-clear water.
The house has recently been renovated, has a fully equipped modern kitchen and stands in 2,550 m2 of enclosed grounds and has a heated pool 8.50 x 4 m. The poolheater starts working from an everage exteriour temperature of 17 degrees on.

Families with children are also welcome to visit our house. Don't bring any toys with you...we have enough for children between 3 and 12 years old. We live with our two children, Dave and Sylvie in our villa on the same land, but on a lower level (with full privacy for all of us). We will respect your privacy 100% - you are our guests and we want you to have an unforgetable holiday.

Brandnew poolcover, childsafe also keeps dirt out and heat in, "outside...inside pool"! Makes it swimmable a great part of the year.
Can be opened completely, partly, or kept closed...and then using the sliding-door...."I'm swimming in the rain...just swimming in the rain".
These modules are very easy and light to move; one person, one hand!

All prices are per week Saturday 4 pm to Saturday 10 am. 6 persons maximum (or 8 with the extra appartment).
No animals allowed. Family lettings only.
In case of use of electric heating or airconditioning, electricity is payable against costprice.
Please respect our dear neighbours, they all love this spot because of it's tranquility! No abnormal noise! (NO music outside the house. No loud music inside. No noisy use of swimmingpool after 22.00.)
If you want to party OK, please rent a house in St.Tropez!
A 30% non-refundable deposit and a completed booking form are required to confirm the booking. The balance plus a security deposit of € 250,- is payable 10 weeks before the start of the holiday.
